 Barnview Lake Carp Fishing in France

Barnview Lake is a new lake set in the Heart of the Charente area of South West France and new business proudly serving the carp industry.Our unparalled service, competitive prices and overall value are why we hope you will choose us and keep returning.

The Lake consists of 140 carp from (19.8llb) to (48llb).We are hoping and very excited to see with the weights put on of the carp already caught we should have the majority over (20llb).We have 20's, 30's 40's and excited to see with the feed and eco system already in the lake, our larger ones could be over (50llb).

There are some stunning fish in the lake and some unusually marked fish.We have 2 grass carp, perfectly scale linear, a fully scaled mirror, (like an apple tart) and leathers. 25% of the fish are commons and the rest are mirrors.

We have deliberately not over stocked the lake to allow the fish to grow to their optimum growth rates.There are no nuisance fish in the lake no poisson chat, no perch, no cray fish.The only preditors in the lake are pike and a token cat fish.  

We are finally open this year after striving to achieve what we set out to do, with several years of waiting, hard-work, heart-ache, blood, sweat and lots of tears, challenging french bureaucracy, work-mens lack of urgency, and weather, but we have finally reached our aim.....two years behind schedule.

Our future hopes and plans of being a carp lake with some of the nicest and largest carp in our area of France, where anglers come and chill out relax in our safe and secure environment, get away from the hustle and bustle of their usual lives and stresses, and get amongst their carp passion and try and beat their carppb (personal best).To achieve this we have selected exclusivity just to adults and no dogs.

We are hoping to serve many repeat customers and get our records for the lake started.We hope that our customers look to us for great quality, and incredible service and we will try to deliver on these expectations everytime.
